Did you start your save pre-patch?
With my 30 hour played pre-patch save I noticed that I could not place things at the same places I could on my Test post-patch save.

I deleted the pre-post save and started over.

Really looking forward to seasons. I am sure that once the patch with the landscaping features are released we will se alot of placeable coming too.

I think a placeable snow selling point would be a nice new angle on the game.

First off it would get you somewhere to get rid of the snow but also it would simulate you actually getting paid for keeping roads clear.

Rockstar can't even get the online play to work. I've spent more time trying to connect to same server as friend and getting kicked out than actually playing online lately..
