Crops changes occur at midnight. Sometimes it takes a minute or so for the game to "catch up" after a fast forward.

As far as I know, the only way crops can get water is through precipitation. If you're on PC though, there might be other options.

Exactly. It applies fertilizer between rows and can be used in standing crop. It's not supposed to cultivate.

It's a nice mod! I'm confused why it's not liquid fertilizer but oh well.
