Re: 1.2. Oh the THings you can do.

Yep I confirm that these shed has light. There's two switchs, one for the doors, one for the light. I played a lot yesterday with the landscapping tools and more I work with, more I like it. It just miss some texture / tree / water and a "ctrl-z" function... the only annoying thing I have found wit...

If you are talking about the workshop shed, it does have lights. Just click the light switch on the wall by the small door in the side.
The one on the Modhub has no lights in it. The switches on the walls ect are for the doors, no lights sadly.

Re: Weeds Penalty

Just read the ingame help about keeping your yields high....it states that weeds give a -15% penalty to the crop if they are present when its fully grown.

1.2. Oh the THings you can do.

So here is something you can do using the new Terrain Editor in 1.2. I built this yard on what used to be Field 10 on Ravenport. I first leveled the land from the "peak" of the hill that makes up field 10. Then smoothed the edges so as to not have hard edges, then placed the buildings. 2 Large Cow P...

Re: Well holy frustrations batman.....

Maintenance just needs some balance tweaks really. Its a nice system and I do like it, but I also agree some of the tools/machines do deplete a bit too fast. The Cotton Harvester is one that after doing Field 11 on Ravenport needs to be "topped off" before the next one, costing about a grand or more...

Re: 1.2. Cotton is now Viable

Do note that I found all this on the Beta Branch for 1.2 via Steam. Didn't come across any bugs yet, so I think the patch might be monday/tusday. The terrain editor is such a godsend.

Re: Great Plains YP-2425A Planter

im sorry livesea.. if giants would let me I would fix it and release it as a mod for u guys.. but we all know they wont let me cause its an in game model :sadnew: No need to use the GE for this. Just copy the seeder from the game into a new folder, then edit the .xml to make it a Planter (and the c...

Re: Planters that should come to fs19

Also do make the distinction between Planters and Seeders. That YP-2425A was a PLANTER in FS17 that could do Corn and Sunflower as well as the normal crops. Now its just a normal Seeder when it should of been a Planter and able to plant Corn/Sunflower/Cotton/Sugar Beet like the other planters can. P...

1.2. Cotton is now Viable

Thank you giants! Cotton at launch was a horrible crop to do. It took forever to bring it in due to a small header (needs options for bigger headers) and its low yield . With its horrible pricing too it just made it not fun to do. However, the prices have been fixed in 1.2. Cotton on Easy before the...

Re: (Mods) A major change in demand

its still better to find a map where you have to do AS LITTLE as possible with the in game terrain editor, not the other way around. So its still important to find that "perfect" map, just the criteria has changed somewhat is all.

Re: Felsbrunn with big equipment?

I just do not understand why they persist on making maps on the west coast of America. It is not just Giants either the modders do it as well. Make some maps in the heartland of America the midwest. Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio ect. Those are the...

Re: krone forage harvester

With the high HP that the new krone has I was expecting to be able to pull a good sized trailer behind me. ALSO, the Krone Tipper that is DESIGNED FOR THE HARVESTER cannot be pulled by it either....very annoying and makes that tipper pointless. Putting 2 HKD 302's works with the extension on...but ...

Re: Economics of FS19

Im only doing crops, canola and soybeans since it has the lowest entrancecost regarding machinery. Bought field 21 and netted 17k per sowing. Figured out that the interest rate on borrowing money to buy further fields is profitable. So i bought field 22 and should net out about 28k on that one befo...

Re: About the Game issues and your complaints

Its been suggested that a lot of equipment was cut from the game in order to make the day 1 launch download a lot easier. The gamer was thearised to be around 20GB (based on all the old stuff+new) when people were talking about all the new stuff, the fact that it was only 5GB says a lot was cut in o...

Re: Crop profits

Wow! I just did my 1st harvest of cotton, and I thought it was pretty good. field 4 ravenport ended up with 5 bales( bale 5 was around 18,000) of cotton I sold for a total of-- $106,626..I kind of like this cotton thing..oh and the price at the spinnery was 1,098 so you were on Easy then. Try it on...
