Maybe I imagine things, but I believe that if you reset a trailer with crops in it, the trailer will be empty, but the crops will go automatically in your silo. BTW there's a muscle mod called "Lifting heavy things" that allows you to lift and spin anything, I use it all the time to move around impl...

I have dirt "off", but the equipment needs repair anyway, especially implements. You could edit the vehicle xml file and prolong the lifespan of things, but it's a lot of work and if you don't save a copy of the files the next patch will probably reset the values, as the 1.2.1 did for me.

In real life forage harvesters don't have trailers attached, because those are filled very rapidly and it's better to have more than one truck. The harvester does a good job in the hands of the workers, you can just drive the truck and when the trailer is full, the worker will wait until you come ba...

If I had to remove the dirt from my terraformed fields I wouldn't know where to put it and it would take a week. I'd rather have the possibility of painting real grass, boulders and trees. Too bad you can't edit an already modified map with GE.

You can sell the land if it's terraformed or painted, you have to remove placeables only. True roads on the map are tricky, they don't belong to anyone, so if you make a mistake it's harder to fix it. I had weeds coming out of the asphalt and invisible bumps.

Love the new features, but since I've installed the patch all the selling points on "Sample mod map 2" no longer show on the silos tab. Has anyone else the same problem with a mod map?

In FS17 the third map was A DLC, so we got one more than the usual two.

You get a refund for seeds, or at least it happens when you lease an implement and you fill it at the shop. When I used my fertilizer spreader I got nothing.

Beautiful, but for a single player it's quite overwhelming. I'm not so fond of maps with the animals so far apart, that's why I don't play with the official Goldcrest one, but it looks to good to not try it.

I have over 400 pigs, and now a "piglet" pops out every 19 minutes or so.Once I forgot to quit the game and when I got back it was like an invasion. :-)
I won't let them grew more in number, because the through capacity has already reached 250000 and you have to work really hard to keep it full.

I just started doing silage and saw that in FS17 you get this 'digestate' when doing silage in stead of slurry. I have no practical use for this digestate at this moment. Slurry and manure are an option only if you have hundreds of pigs and at least 100 cows, or with one big field you would run out of it. The Biogas plant is actually the best way to obtain a lot of digestate. Having both a slurry tanker and a manure spreader is not so practical, so I sell the manure ...

The good thing about the train is that you can unload a huge amount of the same crop at the same price. If you unload two tippers 20 seconds apart you can lose thousands of credits, so that it makes no sense to seed large fields with one crop, but rather have enough to fill one tipper and store some...
