Try a few different autoload trailers. I usually only have issues with the last 2 pallets at the front. The rest sell straight away. I use the ones with various size trailers but can't remember the name unfortunately .

Those pallets can do that often. Are you using an autoload trailer ? If you are, leave the pallets on it and unload. Will sell most of them . Hit load again then unload . Should sell the rest .

Yeah you can't harvest alfalfa, only chaff or mow it. Must be the default mission system or something that gives you a harvester.

You just have to look at Oakfield or Marwell for top quality maps. Includes multi terrain.
