Just be weary buying as cheap of a converter as that. If your laptop has USB C with thunderbolt (which it probably doesn’t) I’d try to use that instead

I don't recommend buying the beast. It plus a GPU is probably gonna be more expensive than a decent gaming laptop and you're gonna lose up to 30% of the performance compared to if it was built into the laptop or desktop. If that's all you can get, then you should get it, but it'd probably be better ...

If you get the online copy you have to be connected to the internet to download/update the game, but not to play it. If you buy the physical copy you can make an ISO of it and then you could take the disk out, otherwise you’ll have to leave it there.

And the problem with a pc is that it’s more likely to show symptoms of overloading before it crashes, a console will a lot of times just straight up crash with no warning and it’s very hard to go back to a point that works because you can’t go back to another save
