Re: Screenshots

never understood the fascination some have with tracked trailers, they are good for one thing IRL and deficient IRL in every other area in comparison wheeled trailers with typical reactive suspension setups.

Re: How would FS 19 work on Google Stadia?

would you want too, given the subscription costs. it costs $129/£119 for the initial setup which includes 3 months subscription, the controller and a Chromecast Ultra TV USB stick, on top of that some of the latest games you will still have to purchase separately even with the pro subscription. and ...

Re: realistic yields and prices

Are you sure that FS19 considers the 4000 L to be loose straw? I doubt that. FS19 uses only one fillType for straw, regardless of being loose or baled. It seems to me that a given mass of loose straw can take any volume you want, if spread out sufficiently. As I see it, it only makes sense to talk ...

Re: realistic yields and prices

where do you draw the line. for instance field 20 on Felsbrunn is ~1.03Ha, if you plant it with wheat after having ploughed it and spread lime on it, with the correct applications of fertilizer, and you dealt with the weeds, you would yield ~12843L of crop off it. 12.843m3 of wheat has a mass of bet...

https://image.giants-software.com/1/DSCFZKN8.jpg :hmm: your info graphic has the wrong UTC/GMT time on it  assuming you are starting at 6pm CEST which is your time, then that would be 5pm BST/WEST (i.e. in the British isles/Portugal) which is 4pm UTC/GMT, as you are UTC/GMT +2h, the British is...

Re: 2 things i would like some opinions and answers on.

there are plenty of people who believe in totems, charms or wards that influence all manner of things including luck, and its not as if in respect of "luck" there isn't an association with it being "lucky" to find a horseshoe. after all the reality may be, its not the finding of horseshoes that gene...

Re: 2 things i would like some opinions and answers on.

the could change the gold nuggets to horseshoes, and have them instead the more you collect the more "luck" you have, somewhat like fs13 but different. "luck" could perturb things like demand duration, yield, crop price, weather, growth rate and so on. and rather than making it permanent, it could n...

Re: First mod tractor with gearshift sound for console players in the ModHub.

The big fendt with gearshift sounds would be great to see the big Fendt are CVT, there is no gear s per se, just a working range and a road range and the infinitely variable ratio of the CVT with integral reverser. i.e. to go from 0 to maximum speed is just one gear of infinitely variable ratio, an...

Re: Potato and sugarbeet harvesters

the reason why there is a bunker capacity difference between sugar beet harvesters and potato harvesters is quite simple: sugar beets are much tougher and require a less complex harvester, and most go directly into the sugar industry, and the sugar industry like the animal feed industry is much more...

Re: 2 things i would like some opinions and answers on.

they could have "used" random items for sale often that come with a random amount of hours on that influences their price and also running cost per hour (vs a new item) it could also devalue a greater amount, being you are the "second owner", and you could perhaps exclude it from the from the +20% a...

Re: John Deere mods thread

Already on its way, maybe a free mod from Giants :) That is not confirmed at all, there has been no explanation of what that picture is about. It could be something specifically for that Brand/show. It is, though the same was said for the Holmer there was a significant lead-time between when we see...

and yet the PS4 and Xbox1 both have AMD Radeon based GPU and AMD APU/CPU (basically x86-64 Athlon/Sempron architecture), which is the big money making side for Giants.

Re: GIANTS focus on the Placeable system for Fs19 was a mistake.

@bossmanslim @muzickmage Placeable hedges and fences not being able to work on anything but flat ground is not a minor issue. It is again a major flaw in the placeable system. Not all of us want to farm a flat part of the earth. Some of us like a map that is actually interesting. the ONLY simple wa...
