Re: FS17- Better Minimap
It also breaks the TARDIS Teleport mod. Pressing F11 with the map expanded should bring up a cursor allowing you to click on the map and be transported anywhere. With the better minimap active, pressing F11 does nothing.

Re: Music for fs19
Am I the only one that just turns my (actual, physical) radio on for music? I've also been known to listen to audiobooks when I've got a few hours to play with.

Re: Animal Health with Seasons
It's not a cheat, it's a workaround of an unintended bug which realismus modding have fixed for the next update. The intention was to have animals start with 80% health, which is what the workaround achieves.

Re: Double attach equipment
If you're using the in game kockerling cultivator, I think it's 14.5m. Most slurry tanks without a cultivator are about 15m spread. If you put the 6m cultivator behind, it will take about 2.5 passes to cover the same ground. The other thing you need to factor in is the relative working speeds. The s...

Re: Seasons: 5 of 9 rainy summer days POLL
If I get a poor forecast for harvest time I sometimes drop the speed from 5x to 1x, get as much done as I can before the rain, then stick to 5x after that. If you're lucky, the crops dry in the afternoons and you can harvest through the night, as I've had to IRL more than once. If you're really up a...

Re: Seasons Mod Thread #2
If you keep the conveyors running the price won't drop anyway, and if you can't keep up, save, quit and reload. The prices should reset. Whether silage (or any crop) has great demands can be set by the map maker, as well as how fast the price drops/recovers. Most of the maps I've looked at have grea...

Also it's the "," (comma) key, not the "." (period) key if you're unsure.

I did for about 150 hours, when seasons was first released. I don't recall having any issues besides snow falling in buildings and tree/hedge textures not changing.

Re: Oakfield question
If I recall rightly, the bga doesn't allow trailers by default, but it's a simple change in the map01.xml file. Just find the line for silage in the bga trigger part, and change the allowtrailers value from false to true.

Re: Question Regarding Trees Under/Outside a Map
I figured that the stumbling block would be turning on developer mode, as you have to edit the game.xml, on PC at least. I'm guessing that it's left enabled on console for some reason? Is this common, to be able to access dev mode in console games using just a keyboard? I'd not done much gaming in t...

Re: Question Regarding Trees Under/Outside a Map
If you have the creator tools mod, you can go under the map by rotating your scroll wheel up, which should allow you to get the underground trees. They pop up out of the ground when you cut them, sometimes gently, sometimes they end up a couple of fields away! Just reread that you're on Xbox, so I'm...

Re: Placeable Seed Refill Costs
It depends what difficulty you play on. Pallets are a fixed price whereas refill triggers vary according to difficulty. On normal or hard, pallets should be cheaper. On easy, the triggers get cheaper.

It does if you add extensions to the existing silos.
I'm not sure about placeable silos though.

Re: Problem with the Vaderstad pack by monteur_1
I had this problem the first time I used it, it turned out to be a mod conflict. If I remember correctly it was the chopped straw: direct seeding add-on, but I could be mistaken.
Try it out on a new save, with only the Vaderstadt pack selected on the mods screen, and see if that works.

Re: Seasons Mod Thread #2
I get where you're coming from, but taken to it's logical extreme, having troughs which hold 24 days worth of food would make keeping animals a bit over-simplified IMO.
