It runs at 60fps on the Series X and 30fps on the base consoles, correct? The biggest issue for me as a potential buyer is the claims of stuttering. I currently have a One X, but will likely upgrade soon.

Well, it's been a few months since I last posted. Just curious about console performance and whether or not it has improved with patches. Is the stuttering still a problem? Am I batter off sticking with FS19, or is FS22 finally worth a purchase?

That's terrible. Performance issues, bad optimization, whatever it is, should not take two months to take care of. They should have solved the issue and released a hot fix so that people can at least enjoy the game they paid full price for.
