Quick way should be removing the Script out of the ModDesc from the Map. Or with the Giants Editor and removing the unwanted Spots in the Map

if you want to change for example the fillPlane of woodchips, you just need to copy the 3 woodchips files in the fillPlanes folder to the map's fillPlanes folder and replace the existing files. just look where the textures you want to change are located in your map and replace them whatever you need...

ESC is the Menu, and there you will find the Save option also more useful stuff if you use the "<" - ">" arrows on the left and right side. Also there is some Ingame Help there
too wich gives you many useful information about the game and mechanics.
