I don't have no clue about pc stuff . i'm playing on ps4 and when I had it set to 90% the slower it went back to 0% if you had it set on 50% the faster it went back to 0%. i'm not the only console player that has said this...I messed with the Steering back speed for about 2 to 3 hours to get it whe...

yes if the primary user has a ps+ but if the primary user has no ps+ then you can't play multiplayer..only the primary user needs a ps+ all other on the same ps4 don't because they all use the primary users ps+

did you check to see if the disc has any dust/ scratches or finger prints on it. sometimes that will cause the problem.. could also be the eye reader has dust on it...hopefully the disc reader is not going bad..
