[NOT FIXABLE] Amazone Condor

Hi, I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, but I feel it should be..

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Amazone Condor

- Issue: When on & lowered, automatically uses the fertilizer, without even moving, just sitting there, using it up, crop is NOT used at all, just fertilizer..

- Single- or Multiplayer: Single, but I'm guessing both

- Steps to reproduce: Just fill it up, start seeding a field, and leave it on, lowered, and not moving..

- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no Yes

- Which vehicles & machines are involved: Any tractor more then 200hp, and the Condor
