[Low priority] Auger bins unload without equipment to power them

Auger bins (both factually and as-represented), are powered by a PTO output shaft. Granted, there are auxiliary power units (APUs) and hydraulic power units... but auxiliary power units should come at additional cost, and hydraulic power is only used for non-food grade material (fuel grains, wood chips, etc.). Being able to operate them without a tractor to power them is not realistic, without the addition of an APU.

My suggestion is to add an additional cost for an APU, and cancel the unload mechanic when not connected. There are also standalone APUs, that would make a great addition to the store.
