Help! DLC 2 Download Portal not Loading

Hi,

I just bought DLC 2 off the official site, and am having trouble downloading it.
I go to the to Download Portal, enter the key and click "download".
It then tries to load, but soon afterwards comes up with a "Problem Loading Page".
I'm using Mozilla Firefox and have tried Google Chrome.

Can anyone help?

Have you installed separatly a Firewall?

I will try disabling it.

Update: Unfortunately did not work. Any other suggestions?

I have now same problem and cant solve it
