Changing/Adding Slopes - Adding skieers

Hey guys,
I am creating my own map. A big problem I am having is adding skieers to the slopes.
Even if I take the default Slope 8, I change the slopeInfoLayer to what I want the slope to be and then I change the SkierTarget for that specific slope. After that I recreate the NavMesh and I can see the blue rectangles on my new slope.
Upon launching the game, there are no skieers at all; only on the other slopes. The skieers just do not appear. It's an empty slope.
Could anybody assist me with this?
