Activation/product key is blocked.

i am now able to connect to the server but i am getting the return message "your activation/product key is blocked"

the following is my receipt from simmarket i have blanked the product key to prevent fraud.

could be, that your key is allready in use by an illigal DL....please contact MadMax for further details...

managed to sort it, what ever had been blocking me from getting online had also blocked my product Key.

hi!! i have the same problem. I already sent an e-mail to the giants customer support, but they didn't resolve the problem, because my product key still blocked. somebody knows i can play in multiplayer again?
