I tried to buy the "Farming Simulator 15" game, or the "Gold Add-On", I tried many times these purchases for three days, but did not work. Only appears the message: "Your purchase could not be completed" without an explanation for the failure or an error code.
For payment I use a prepaid credit card VISA. I used this credit card in January, to buy "Farming Simulator 15" for my son, so this card is suitable.
I would buy the same game that I gave to my son with a different email address to give the game to a cousin. Also I would like to buy 2 "Gold add-on", one for each child.
Does anyone know if purchases are down?
