Graphics Cards!
Hey all, i am just curious of what every one is using for their graphics cards.
Currently I'm using a gtx 550ti and i was thinking about upgrading. Im using quite a bit of mods and my in game fps slows down quite a bit. Im running on high with anistrophic filtering at 4x and same with anti-aliasing at 1400x900 res. Running usually at 34fps when its bad but mostly around 55 fps
What cards would you recomend that are not outrageous in price. I was thinking about getting two gtx 580 with sli

Re: Graphics Cards!
SLI/Crossfire doesn't work in FS, so if you don't play other games that would be a waste of money.
Re: Graphics Cards!
I use ATI 5850 and it runs this and online games I play very well.

Yep, amazingly, the game runs very well on medium settings, even textures-heavy maps like Two Rivers. And the accompanying other hardware of the rig is not younger either!!Cpt.Ass wrote:lolBULIGO wrote:Nvidia GeForce GTX 275
FS13 is the only game I am playing just now, and atm., I just can't be assed to slam together a new PC. Too much work, too little time...need to make some real world dough you see

Actually, he was also asking what everyone else uses as well. I myself have an ATI Radeon HD 7850 2GB video card and with the other new components, I'm able to max out everything with just a slight and barely noticeable lag in gameplay and that's really only if I have a lot of equipment in one area, like all my stuff on the fields near the BGA or in the BGA.

Gainward GTX 670 Phantom (superclocked another 10%). I hated choosing between mods...
Re: Graphics Cards!
EVGA GTX660 SC
seems good so far, though i wish i could afford a Titan
(and the whole rebuild that would come with it)

Would either go for a Asus DC2 670 or go big and get the Titan..

Re: Graphics Cards!
All of the cards above a 560tI are not necessary for FS.
The reason you are getting slow downs is due to your CPU not your graphics card.

Ace of Spades? Star Trek Online? Chivalry? Farm Sim? Supreme Commander? Add me on Steam: modifiedgenes

Tbh i dont think FS is the only game people play.. And if upgrading why not just do it right so you dont have to do the same thing in a year again?!mayoollie wrote:All of the cards above a 560tI are not necessary for FS.
