my Mod Map wont load into game (Invalid Name)

Hey guys, i've watched the tutorials on how to edit and save the new map but i still cant get it to work, Im new to all this so any help is welcome. Thanks

Error: Invalid mod name 'my Mod Map'! Characters allowed: (_, A-Z, a-z, 0-9). The first character must not be a digit
the game cant load mods if there are spaces in the name.. so just add in some of the above as it tells you instead of spaces and it should work :)
