Places to sell and dump products

Why has the places that I sell my products turned red.If I dump them any way I get less for them even thought the PDA map states you get a certain price.Also on the Titanium map I can not find the Flour Mill.It would be a real help if these maps were labled.I found which Diner I should sell to by accident.
