You can make grazing field crops?

How do I become a grazing field crops? Already bought and spent the disks to turn earth and nothing happens !!

If you refer to the green grass fields, you cannot plow them in FS14. You can only use the mower then use the bailer. For the other fields, plowing at any time will always work, though you obviously don't want to plow when a crop is growing.
