iCloud saving

Hi I'm playing farm sim 16 on my iPad 2 but I downloaded again on my iPhone 6. How can I start to play where I left of on my iPad ???

How does the iCloud work. When I click it it tells me to sign in. That's all. Where do I sign in. ?

In case you haven't used iCloud before, pleas have a look at the following site which shows you how to sign in to it:

If you keep being prompted to sign in to iCloud before event though you have signed in already you can try the following tips to fix this:
