PS3 do not have mods, so therefore, no snow mod for PS3 for FS15. You will have to get a PC to be able to get mods. Only FS17 has mod support now to consoles, but it is for PS4/Xbox One.

No, FS17 requires more power that the PS3 doesn't have to offer. Just upgrade to a PS4, they are only $299.99 for the original and the best looking. Don't get the Slim, that thing is u.g.l.y.
