straw storage

Post by Bhcc »

I'm looking for a place to store straw until needed. Playing on PS4, I think it is westbridge. if there is none, the 50000 loading wagon should be given a 100% during the game discount and I will wonder what the programmers were smoking during the beta process of the game.

Farmers don't tend to store loose straw, it takes up too much space. It's normally baled for storage, then you can stack them wherever you like.
On PC there are options like placeable heaps, but on consoles I'm afraid you're stuck with using it, baling it or keeping it in the loading wagon.

If you want to spend $90,000, you could buy the placeable hay loft.

It can store your loose straw until needed...

FS17 - Xbox One version (occasionally on PC also)

Btw: I love the John Deer lawnmowers. They are the best. We have one at home. Hoping we keep it when we get a new one and the old one can be my ride around the neiborhood.

Is there unlimited bales of hay and straw on the PS4 on FS-17 without them disappearing?

They don't disappear anymore, the game just tells you you've reached the limit and won't let you create more. I'm not sure the exact limit, I've heard people say it's 150 or 200.

Bhcc, yeah I agree with JD mowers. So you have a JD 318 as well? If so, I would not get rid of that, that garden tractor was one of the best in its day, probably still is the best lawn/garden tractor today (to today's mowers in general). I know I wouldn't sell mine. ;)

Ive exceeded the 200 bale limit by keeping the bales in the auto loader and they T127 for round bales. I use them out of those when I need to create feed for my dairy cows.

I have to agree with that, JD mowers do last forever, they were meant to work and mow, unlike those Yard Machines or Craftsman's... :P

Im making a new lawn this year and would like to get a good mower for making stripes. I know I need a mower with rear roller, but id like to do some research into which type is best for me.
