Question about filling implements...

Post by Sergeant Larson »

It seems like you diligent folks have tested almost every aspect of this game soooooo... Does anyone know if the cost is any different between sending my workers out with full implements and letting them run on empty implements? I'm racking up some pretty high planting/spraying costs, and I'm wondering if its bc i leave everything empty.

Depends the size of field being worked and the size of the seeder tank. Obviously if you have it empty and the worker buying the seeds and fertilizer then the money will drain like a leaky pot. As you have 3 payments then, wages, seed, feet. If you fill the ta js beforehand and have it set to not buy it could save you money, but again depending in the field and tank sizes will be a major factor in that, small fields won't cost as much as big fields obviously

The helpers charge through the nose for seeds and fertiliser, IMO you're always better off filling the tanks before setting them off.

I kinda thought so. Does anyone actually know the price difference though? Im okay with paying a little extra for convenience, but only if its reasonable. I think i have around 40 ha right now and my last planting cost almost 50k with fertilizer. :confusednew:
