Foragers changing everything to wheat windrow straw

I'm probably being a total noob. But just recently on my Thornton Farm and Chellington Farm Ext Maps my Pottinger loading wagon is changing Hay/grass into wheat windrow straw. I'm trying to feed my animals grass. Also in the selling points the straw I have in the wagon I cannot dump. any ideas?
