Downloaded external money mod from farm sim website.load game,tip àlert appears bottom left stating to open activate external money mod press left ctrl and the Y key. Did this all it does is you crouch down and that's it.Any thoughts why not operating?

Having not used the mod myself, all I can suggest is to check the key bindings in the options menu and see if it's listed as being something different.
If it shows as ctrl+y, I'd change it to something else and try that.
