had to reinstall fs15 and now no mods will work from any website.

As böserlöwe mentioned a reason could be that you don't have the latest patch installed, but without more information about your setup it will be difficult to provide a definitive answer on how to fix this. Therefore it would be helpful if you could post the log.txt of the game from the time when you try to use the mods (see the link 'log.txt' in my signature for instructions on where to find the log.txt and how to post it here).
