Cannot log into Giants Editor Forum, please help

Hi,
can anyone please help me - I am no longer able to log into the Giants Network Developer forum to download latest editor.

When I try to reset the password it just returns an error.
I tried creating a new account instead but of course it refuses as the email address already exists.

Please help

Solved:
I found that holding CTRL down while hitting 'reset password' worked.
