Problem unfolding certain equipment.

Just started a fresh career on Coldborough Park Farm, with some mods, yet again I cannot unfold certain equipment. Would this be a script issue? I can unfold and use the plough but the cultivator goes from "unfold/fold" in a blink of an eye when pressing X on the tooltips.

Hope that makes sense, can provide a list of mods if need be. I had this issue before with a Combine.

Mod list: http://imgur.com/a/polz0 I have all "required" mods for the Coldborough map. I am just stumped and it's hindering my ability to even play, It's not a terrain/ground issue is it..?

If I repeatedly tap X to unfold, frame by frame it will start to unfold, but this is silly.. What IS going on?

EDIT: I believe it was to do with "ManualIgnition" I had it in my mods folder and nothing would unfold, took it out and stuff unfolded as expected, put it back and nothing would unfold. How on earth do these two clash? The engine start and unfolding equipment?
