EA Games aka Origin and Patch 1.4.2

I need some help, for more than 2 months I have been trying to get Origin/EA Games to update my game, with phone call after phone call to them without and results except for them to tell me they no longer support the game I bought. Will some one please advise me on my next step.

Sweet250, you didn't need to call whoever you called one after another, it was just simple. Go to the game's site and find the updates then you are fine. No need for all of those calls, for nothing. No offense in any way.

because buying the game from Origin is like buying the game though Stream, I must get the update from the seller, because it has to do with a version issue.

That's what I've been afraid of. I have no idea how to solve this problem (without buying the game anew).

the game was not bought on steam, it was on Origin which is part of EA Games, but it is not Stream and it is up to EA Games to provide the update.

The game has not been updated on Origin yet. We're currently working on releasing this update on Origin as soon as possible.
