I run FarmingSimulator2015Patch1.4.2CZ and give it to me "Farming simulator 15 (Czech) is not installed".

This means you have to install FS15 again. Mine did the same thing before, just install FS15 from the disc again, run the update as --> "Run As Administrator" (right click the .exe patch), and it will install the update.
