Potatoe Harvester Bug

Why does the potato harvester keep on glitching out where it keeps on getting stuck up against something? This is the one like a trailer version. It's so annoying when I can't pull it and I have to keep on smashing it out of the glitch and hoping I don't knock it over. It's bad enough I can't empty it in my farm with anything and now when I try driving it to the selling point it keeps on glitching out as if it's stuck to a giant magnet.
