Activation Issues

I bought a copy of fs 15 back in 2015. Since then I have had PC problems and have reinstalled it multiple times. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But now when I try to activate it it tells me that the activation limit is exceeded. I have proof of purchase and receipts and whatnot. I'd just like to find a solution or get another activation key or something. Thx ahead of time!
