every time I start my farming simulator 15 before it goes it say missing game.xml and it has been doing this for a while now. And when I delete it and a new game.xml loads in it deletes my last save game. How do I fix it so it stops saying game.xml missing, thanks

In order to figure out what is going wrong we need more information about your game setup. Therefore please post the log.txt file of the game here (see the link 'log.txt' in my siganture for instructions)
