Windows 10 Update issue With GE 6.0.3

FYI I just had a windows update for windows 10 9-23-2016 And After That Update things went to stuff For Gaints Editor If your running GE 6.0.3 still It will not work after Update I reinstalled it four times with same issue GE would open in task bar but window would not open finally decided to install 6.0.5 that fixed it just so you know if your running Windows 10
