If this happens you should de- and reinstall the game to update to version 1.4.2.

it won't let me update it. It says I don't have FS installed.
You will have to install Farming Simulator 15 by the DVD/Downloaded game and then install the patch as mentioned by Der_Tod.

Is your game the steam version ???

i see in your log these lines:

Code: Select all

Farming Simulator 15 INT
Version: 1.3.0.1 1.3RC1
Available Languages: en de fr es it pl cz hu nl ru jp pt cs ct br tr ro kr
Language: en
in that case you can't update by the usual way of downloading updades, you can updade only through steam

if you got the game from "Origin Games" you also cant use the patches from the Giants site, instead much like Steam you have to get them from within the Origin Games or Steam apps.

last I hear back in March Origin Games had not updated to the latest patch as they had stopped support for a number of games, FS15 being one of them, though Giants were trying to rectify that.
plays FS15/FS17/FS19/FS22 on PC

if you had read the OP log.txt you should have seen his version is nor a dowloaded version nor a DVD version, look at lines i posted above try to compare with your own versions they are regionalized and mine looks like that

Code: Select all

Farming Simulator 15
  Version: 1.4.2.0 1.4.2RC1
Available Languages: en fr es it nl pt
  Language: en
so no mention of INT after Farming Simulator 15 and fewer languages available, so it can be only a Steam version, or Origin

Ah thanks! Never knew what the "INT" meant, now I know. Learn something new everyday! *thumbsup*
