Telehandler Controls

I have the gold edition of FS15 with the Saitek control wheel, pedals and side panel.
I cannot get the mast on the telehandler to extend. I can lift and lower and I can tip the attachment up and down.
I have seen the mast extended on Youtube gameplay videos but they don't say how the mast is moved in and out.

In the video I saw some time ago, I believe he used the buttons on the top of the joystick to extend the arm.
