I sent a request email some 24 hours ago to have my fs15 purchases reset so I could play the game and no one has yet replied, whats going on, why is this the case, this is beyond a joke.....

Not that I contact Giants support "every day" ... but the few times I had to, they responded swiftly.
In my opinion 24 hours is not that long actually ... I would say that any customer support that respond to an email, within 48 hours, is doing a great job!

I suggest you send them a "friendly reminder" ...

In the past I have received an email within the hour resetting my activations, have sent 2 emails now in the last 24 hrs so posted here to see if anything untoward may have happened like their systems are down or something.....

Their systems aren't down, you have to go here to get your key back: viewtopic.php?f=829&t=44642
