Game Activation Exceeded
I sent a request email some 24 hours ago to have my fs15 purchases reset so I could play the game and no one has yet replied, whats going on, why is this the case, this is beyond a joke.....

In my opinion 24 hours is not that long actually ... I would say that any customer support that respond to an email, within 48 hours, is doing a great job!
I suggest you send them a "friendly reminder" ...

In the past I have received an email within the hour resetting my activations, have sent 2 emails now in the last 24 hrs so posted here to see if anything untoward may have happened like their systems are down or something.....
