Optional realism ...

Post by W1der »

Some players complain about this game not being "realistic" ...
I find that it is basically up to you to decide how realistic you want to play it ... and I kinda like that about this game.

This is an example ...
If you are sloppy when connecting a tool to your front loader it will go "martial arts" on you and toss you in to the chickens ...and next time you will probably be a bit more careful when doing this ...

Knutson farm. Fantastic map.

Agree about realism. Toying with the idea of adding the PTO attacher mod as well.

Lots of people have no real agricultural experience, hence not knowing how to cut/open up fields, not driving on standing crops, badgering combine to unload constantly, reversing trailers half sensibly etc etc etc.

Generally people learn after a time. Those who don't/won't get shown the door.
Ace of Spades? Star Trek Online? Chivalry? Farm Sim? Supreme Commander? Add me on Steam: modifiedgenes

Agreed. I would love to see an Iowa Map with old cow fences that are real, not ones you can go through, and then open them up. Ah love that ;) I have a problem with driving over crops and unloading very quick because my farm is huge and needs a lot of unloading plus I go super fast.

I just like the excitement since I already do some agriculture, it is always good to have fun, go crazy, and not be like the real thing once in while *thumbsup*
