Multiplayer Server

Ok so.. has anyone had this happen to them?

When I try to get to a multiplayer server, I cannot get to the International or Central Europe server list, but I can get to the Deutschland server list. The only error I get is the "No connection could be established to the server" error.

Is there a cache file/folder that I can delete? Also, I am able to start my dedicated server on the International matchmaking server without any problems. The Laptop that I am running the game also works without any problems, so that leads me to believe that it's something with my installation and not a Giants Server problem...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
