There is a list in German as reported by the community :

Everything in green has been fixed. There are also a few changes we made that are not on this list since they are new features or they have not been reported by any player. Mostly, these are improvements the console development team made and we decided to back-port them to the PC version.

With the release of the patch, we will also provide a translated list of the changes.

Thx for the link. I dont understand german but nice looking green list, still lots of red thinky there. Lets hope that the patch fix biggest problems and make the game playable

Red either means no bug, or it won't get fixed in this patch due to various reasons. So only the 3 grey once in the middle are left to be done.

if using internet explorer, go to the link provided, it will be in German. right click on your mouse hit translate with bing. then it will be displayed in English.

Going by this list I'm going to assume the Titan's pipe being too short to reach over the Krampe 900 is WAD then.

As they said it's on route, they also have a big release as well.
We all need to give them some time. They replying and given information on the thread is good work.

Do you know what i think its funny.. Giants is just wasting on their time.. They say that they are testing the patch... How do they know if they solve all of these problems, if they have already an hard-time of just adjusting the mirrors on the verhicles just right..
Now they say that they are testing.. I think they could leave this testing over to the community.. Because they play this game more often.. So you could suspect that the community would find those flaws in this game much faster then any giants devloper would do..

On my opinion they could it better release it as BETA.. So let the community help and see if really every flaw has fixed by now. That they saying that is tested by them and when it would released that some flaws are still there or they made it some really worser..

They do have a community of testers. All software companies have a set of testers with different configurations so they can see what effects their software has.
You can sign up to be a tester but it is usually a long waiting list. A lot of people like to do this to be the first to use the software.
