game keeps crashing, ps4 version.

Hey guys I have the ps4 version of farming simulator, and every now n then it crashes, my system freezes n then restarts, but before it restarts of gives me and error code ce-34878-0, then restarts. Sometimes it happens 1 time, some times happens 3-4 times and other times after I save my name. What's up with it, could it be the ps4 or a glitch in the game? I didn't have this issue til after the farming simulator 15 last update. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
