buy and sell Farmland, commodity prices

Hi everybody.
Bickford Farms here, I have been playing for several months.
Is there such a mod as a Farm real estate manager to properly borrow money, buy small farms, then in order to expand, sell owned farm land back and purchase larger plots?
I started with basics and have tried to grow as income allowed, now I want to consolidate by selling two small farms and buy a larger property, and stay away from "cheating". I learned the game that way, but want to do it in a "natural" evolving way.

Another mod I'd like to see is a commodity stock ticker that travels across screen with current or changed prices or something similar, for at-a-glance information to catch sales spikes if you are busy .
