Tractor 0%

Post by Cinq-Power »

Probably a hill billy question, but i recently started playing again, bought the Gold pack to get the feeling back.
Now i got this, a tractor that won't move at all, probably because all this is on 0%

Normally i can resolve the problems pretty fast, but in this case i am unable to find a solution.
Probably i am searching on the wrong terms and (in that case) asking a dumb question

So, how do i get this to work, without selling the tractor :hmm:

Looks like you have the DriveControl mod (https://www.modhoster.com/mods/drivecontrol) installed and haven't started the engine and also not released the handbrake (see the two red symbols above the fuel gauge). That is most likely the reason why your tractor won't move :-)

Press and hold enter to start the engine
and ctrl and space to release handbrake i think...
hold space to disable shuttle...

Does anybody try to read the text i typed?

What you're implying now is something completly not what i asked :) :P

I said that the tractor maintenance things at the bottom of the box are at 0%.
This is the only tractor that has that issue, everything else is working perfectly.

I am pretty sure you're talking about the gas and gear limiter from DriveControl Mod
Left shift + ArrowKey Up will allow more gas
Left shift + ArrowKey Right to change the gear ratio

Pretty sure everyone who replied read it.
If you are light on detail's you will get a varied response to the possible issues that could be causing it.

You didn't specify what mods you are using, the picture you used show's clearly that the engine is off and parking brake is on, So an obvious response is... Have you tried turning it on.

The reply Dukasoft has given sounds like the problem.

Your reply to people trying to help came across to me as quite arrogant, You probably didn't mean to come across like that but that kind of response make's people not want to help.

My apologies that it sounded differently then how i would have liked.
I did put up some smiley's to give it the right direction, but that failed misserably :P

Never seen that gas and gear ratio thingy before, or failed to notice that (more likely).
That was indeed the problem, only installed that stuff for the manual ignition, so the tractor hooked to the chipper would continu to run.

Thanks a lot peeps.
