Max workers on ps3

Hi

I play farming simulator 2015 1.01 on the PS3. I can max hire 3 workers at a time. Is there a way to hire more?

Nope. Limitations of the console. It's the same on Xbox 360. Xbox one and PS4 is 6 helpers.
