Need help with PS4 Farm 15: workers on strike

After harvesting a few fields my worker will do one row at 0 mph then stop. This happens with every new game I start. Workers work for a few fields then go on stirke. What am I doing wrong.

hmmmm... I would check your cruise control setting for the speed... as for stopping after 1 row... I find that if the end run of the field is angled...start at the shallow end of the field.. if you start at the deeper end sometimes they stop so far that they can't see that they have more to do...

I agree with @cr41g_1965, check your cruise control on the bottom right corner. Use your left analog stick on your PS4 controller and bump it up and hold there until the tiny number stops going up. That should do it for your cruise control.

That was it, the cruise was set to 0. You guys saved my game, almost gave up for good.
