Yes, you'll always be able to get ingredients for Production Chains from the respective production building.

Watched DJGoHam and Clutch and Clutch was so right.

You spend 3 years on this game, but you didn’t improve pallet handling?

Instead you add this production chain stuff, which includes loads of pallets to handle?!

So physics are hard to program they say.
Then be creative. Let a forklift handle pallets like those CLAAS header trailers lock on to the CLAAS headers. Or something else that makes it easier

They kind of already do with the invisible friction fields that make stuff not physically touch in fork slots and make stuff pains to get off… maybe just increase surface friction and loose the invisible force fields? Probably would break something else though…

If pallet and bale physics can not be improved then basegame autoload and auto storage mods should be implemented.

I only use wool pallets, but I don't think the physics of them are too bad. So long as you take time to ensure the prongs are going in at the correct angle (square and not tilted to go through or under the slats at the back) then they tend to come off OKish. It's just very, very difficult to line them up properly.

I feel pallets would be more reliable if they had open slots rather than the traditional letter-box style.

Physics are a joke in FS. Production chains? What does that have to do with farming? I know farmers do a lot of small production for their own shops but i haven't heard of a farmer that owns whole factories?? They totally missed the point of this sim with this...FIX THE BASIC THINGS!!

Why fix the basic things when you can add more basic things that'll need to be fixed?

"ADD" is a strong word here as we already have every last bit of this in FS19.

Only a privileged few can word it like that and not start a manure storm.
I guess i just blew a little :) But it really bugs me when i watch videos of the NEW game and keep thinking...waaaaait i can do all that and more in FS19...What is actually new here (please don't say functions for console users)?
Non external scripts, not using the animal pen functionality where maps have to be prepped. Not being a mod.

Just out of interest, where can I see the pallet handling in FS22?

They seems to voluntary cut/hide these scenes in gameplay trailer. Sounds like they want to hide the fact that it's not better than it was.

In one of the Farmcom demo, we were able to see the forklift going under /into the base of the pallet, like it was in previous version. They skip the part where they "unload" the pallet..probably because it was wrong...

They said during FarmCon that they didn’t touch it because it’s too complex.

Also look at this video. 1:32 to be exact

So because someone in an Alpha build of the game didn't line the fork up accurately the pallet handling in the release version will be terrible? Really? :hmm:
The Alpha build had 45° terrain angles the release version will have 22,5°...

I believe they are saying it will be the same as the last game, which if we’re being honest with each other, left quite a bit to be desired.

I'm not with giants, i agree that they spent an extra year for nothing to show on next game! (or this is what they want us to know, i'm pretty sure that in reality giants is working to add dynamic ground and real rain but didn't make it good in time for fs22, so, for sure we will see it in fs24, also because it has to perform good on your old systems guys...)
About the pallets they feel more heavy from the video, look how he drives with the pallet on the field, i don't get where did you see them the same as fs19?
