Well you wait for the new version of the game for 2 years.
You have also waited Giants DLCs for months either.
I can't really see the difference.

Mods take serious time and effort. Especially the mods that will be sold as a DLC.
They simply can't rush anything.
It's pointless to wait for months for so little content is not it?
Would you rather have quality and wait a little while or have it rushed out and be crappy? They never had an official release date, these people are making the DLC's on their own time, this isn't their main job

Then why did they give the date?

We have no ETA for the DLCs, yet. They are still in the making. I'll update you guys as soon as I know more.

Hey guys. I'll give everybody a quick update at what's going on, at least with my DLC.

To start, full "production" on my DLC did not start until at least 1.5 months after I was informed that I had been given this opportunity, with my DLC being a classics pack, I was required to find people which still had some of this equipment, in reasonable shape in order to make things accurately. So, as you can imagine this has had a delay on the tail end of making the DLC, hence the reason for it not being released yet.

I'm currently finishing off the last thing in the DLC, with all other items being completed for the most part, with just some few bits of tweaking left to do on them, to make them the perfect standard required. I hope the delay will not impact the amount of purchases/popularity of the DLC, as in my opinion, it is certainly worth the wait if you're interested in some classics.

"You can have something right or you can have something now, you just can't have it right now" ;)

Regards,

Matt

Glad to hear it's almost done! I'd rather it be a little later and get better quality than for it to be rushed out. Can't wait to buy it :biggrin2: *thumbsup*

The gaming industry has suffered when any kind of product is rushed id much rather the creator take their time and get it right then rush it and it not be worth it thanks to both groups of modders bringing us this

Are they going to be in the season pass?

^^ That is a question I also wonder. All Giants DLCs were included so far but as these won't be Giants DLCs I say probably they won't be included.

And thanks for the update Mattxjs :hi: I will certainly be buying even if it is not included in the season pass.

I honestly don't know as they are special. I'll let you know once I find out.
